Y’all House is normal off-campus housing, designed intentionally. Most student housing optimizes for flexibility and social life. This house optimizes for consistency, quiet, and forward motion.
It’s a shared home with private rooms, clear standards, and an environment that makes good days easier to repeat.

Bedrooms are designed for sleep and recovery. Work happens in shared spaces. Quiet nights and clean common areas are protected.
There’s no monitoring and no supervision. Fit is maintained through design, not control.
We’re selecting a small founding cohort before finalizing the residence location.
